No account registration is required. If users include personal information in files or notes, that content is also processed temporarily by this service.
Purposes and Storage Location
Collected information is used for file sharing, group rooms, note sharing, authentication, rate limiting, abuse prevention, incident investigation, inquiry handling, service improvement, and advertising.
Service data is mainly stored on servers in Japan. When external services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Forms, or DB-IP are used, information may be processed outside Japan by those providers.

Uploaded files will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time and will not be shared with third parties. FS!QR (QR code sharing) files are encrypted using AES on the user's browser before being sent and saved on the server, so third parties, including the operator, cannot decrypt the contents. Group room and note room content is stored unencrypted on the server.
All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS to ensure security.
Retention and Deletion Requests
FSQR, group room, and note room data is automatically deleted after the retention period selected by the user. Users with deletion permission can manually delete it from each sharing page.
For deletion requests, privacy inquiries, or reports of content that may be illegal or infringing, include the target URL, room ID, and details, then contact us from theContactpage. We will review the details and, if necessary, delete the content or take other action.

The user-generated content (UGC) published on this service is managed responsibly by the operator. Please comply with the following policies.
