This service handles information necessary to provide and safely operate the service, including uploaded files, note text, room IDs, share URLs, retention periods, file names, inquiry content, cookie preferences, IP addresses, and browser information.
No account registration is required. However, if users include personal information in files or notes, that content will be temporarily processed by this service.
How We Use Your Information and Where It Is Stored
Collected information is used for purposes including file sharing, group rooms, note sharing, authentication, rate limiting, abuse prevention, incident investigation, inquiry handling, service improvement, and advertising.
Service data is primarily stored on servers located in Japan. When external services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Forms, or DB-IP are used, information may be processed outside Japan by those providers.
Customize Settings

How File Data Is Handled
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after a set period and will never be shared with third parties beyond those designated by the user. Files shared via FS!QR's QR code feature are encrypted with AES-256 in the user's browser before being transmitted to and stored on the server, meaning no third party — including the operator — can decrypt the contents. Group room and note room content is stored on the server without encryption.
All communications are encrypted over HTTPS to keep your data secure.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
FS!QR, group room, and note room data is automatically deleted after the retention period selected by the user. Users with deletion privileges can manually delete content from the respective sharing page.
For deletion requests, privacy inquiries, or reports of potentially illegal or infringing content, please include the target URL, room ID, and relevant details, then contact us via the Contact page. We will review your submission and take appropriate action, including deletion if necessary.
UGC Content Policy
User-generated content (UGC) published on this service is managed responsibly by the operator. Please follow the policies below.
